In the fourth quarter of 2024, the top five news applications on the unified platform in Central America demonstrated diverse performance trends. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, reveals insights into weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.

X from X Corp. experienced notable fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking at about $57.6K in late November. Weekly downloads were consistently high, averaging around 140K, while active users remained stable, with a slight decline from 22M to 20.6M.

Reddit showed a modest increase in weekly revenue, reaching $261 in early December. Downloads steadily increased throughout the quarter, culminating in 48.3K by the end of December. Active users grew from 1.5M to 1.76M, indicating rising engagement.

Noticias Telemundo saw a significant spike in downloads mid-November, with figures reaching 28.4K, although active users saw a peak of 19.6K during the same period before stabilizing around 10K.
