In the fourth quarter of 2024, news applications in Ukraine showed varied performance across key metrics. Using data from Sensor Tower, we analyze the trends for the top five apps on a unified platform.

X saw a notable increase in weekly revenue, reaching a peak of approximately $8.6K in late November. Downloads were consistently strong, with a high of 12.9K in mid-November, while active users remained stable around 1.3M throughout the quarter.

The Economist - News, Podcasts experienced fluctuations in revenue, with a significant jump to $1.1K in the last week of December. Downloads varied slightly, peaking at 101 in late November, and active users hovered around 500.

Medium: Read & Write Stories maintained steady revenue, with a peak of $1K in early October. Downloads showed a slight upward trend, reaching 156 in late October. Active users saw a decline from 8.7K to 6.3K by the end of the quarter.
