In the fourth quarter of 2024, the MMORPG landscape in Nigeria saw varied performance across the top applications on a unified platform, combining both iOS and Android data. According to Sensor Tower, these apps demonstrated intriguing trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.

Wandering Swordius from INFIPLAY saw a substantial increase in weekly revenue, culminating at about $109 towards the end of December. The app’s downloads peaked mid-quarter at around 3.4K in early November, while weekly active users steadily rose from 4.3K at the start of the quarter to approximately 6.8K by the end.

The Legend of Neverland by SKYWORK AI Pte.Ltd. experienced a remarkable rise in revenue, reaching a peak of $4.4K in mid-December, with downloads also showing a significant surge, peaking at 6.9K early in the month. Active users mirrored this growth, increasing from 2.7K to 8.4K over the quarter.

Dragon Legend Z Lite from 2land, although not generating revenue, showed an upward trend in downloads, reaching 2.9K in early December. Active users followed a similar pattern, rising from 246 at the start of the quarter to 2.5K by the end.

The Tiger by Rage Quit Games Group exhibited a consistent download rate, with a late-quarter peak of 1.2K. Revenue was sporadic, peaking at $404 in late November, while active users increased slightly, ending the quarter at 2.3K.

Finally, Flame of Valhalla Global from Leniu Technology Co., Limited saw declining revenue throughout the quarter but maintained a stable download rate, reaching a high of 1.1K in early December. Active users increased from 1.1K to about 1.9K by December.
