The fourth quarter of 2024 saw significant activity in the insurance app sector in Portugal. Here's a closer look at the performance of the top five applications on a unified platform.

MyFidelidade Gestão de Seguros recorded a strong finish to the year with weekly downloads climbing from 5.7K at the start of October to over 7.1K by the end of December. Meanwhile, weekly active users fluctuated, peaking at approximately 44.7K in early December, before settling at around 41.8K.

Generali Tranquilidade experienced a steady increase in downloads, reaching 3.5K in the last week of December. Active users also saw a rise, growing from 8.3K to 9.2K by the end of the quarter.

For Médis, weekly downloads showed a gradual increase, ending the quarter at 2.5K. The app's active user base expanded significantly, moving from 19.5K in early October to a high of 23.5K by mid-December.

Fidelidade MySavings saw a notable spike in downloads in early November, reaching 4.7K. However, the numbers stabilized towards the end of the year, maintaining around 1.4K weekly downloads.

Lastly, myLOGO showed varied download trends, peaking at 2.5K in late October and closing the quarter with approximately 1.1K weekly downloads.
