In the fourth quarter of 2024, Kenya's iOS news app market showcased varied performance among the top five applications. According to Sensor Tower data, these apps demonstrated dynamic trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.

X from X Corp. experienced fluctuations in revenue, peaking at approximately $2.9K in late November. Weekly downloads saw a significant spike at the beginning of November, reaching around 3K, while active users slightly decreased from 202.7K to 186.8K by the end of the quarter.

Reddit displayed a modest increase in revenue, with a peak of $36 in the first week of December. Downloads were relatively stable, with a slight increase in early December to 512, and active users remained consistent, fluctuating around 7.5K.

Clubhouse maintained steady download numbers, peaking at 172 in late November. Active user trends showed a slight rise mid-quarter, reaching 1.6K before settling back to around 1.4K.
