myBupa experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads, peaking at around 7.8K in mid-November. However, a decline was observed towards the end of December, with downloads dropping to approximately 6.2K. The app maintained a strong presence in terms of active users, averaging around 140K throughout the quarter, despite some dips in early December.

The AAMI App showed a consistent download rate with a slight increase in the first week of December, reaching about 4.3K. Active users remained stable, hovering around 150K, indicating a loyal user base.

My Medibank saw a steady download pattern, with numbers reaching up to 3.9K in early December. Active users, however, showed a downward trend, starting from 120K at the beginning of the quarter and settling around 88K by the end.
