In the fourth quarter of 2024, the top lifestyle apps on the Android platform in Egypt demonstrated varied performance trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users. Here are the highlights based on data from Sensor Tower:

• WeMuslim: Athan, Qibla&Quran from Metaverse Technology FZ-LLC saw its weekly downloads peak at around 232K in early November before declining to approximately 191K by the end of December. Its weekly active users consistently increased, reaching nearly 9.9M by the end of the quarter. The app’s revenue hovered around $1-2 each week.

• Pinterest maintained a steady download rate, fluctuating between 61K and 87K. Active users remained relatively stable, with a slight decline from around 1.8M to 1.82M over the quarter.

• AlMosaly: Athan, Qibla, Quran from Madar Software had a significant rise in downloads, peaking at 59K in late October. Active users increased to about 1.5M in early December. Revenue saw some fluctuations, reaching a peak of approximately $184 in late November.

• Prayer Now: Azan Prayer Times from Prayer Now By App Rocks For Tech Solutions experienced its highest weekly downloads at 52K in late October. Active users remained strong, with a peak of 5.6M. Weekly revenue varied, peaking at $125 in late November.

• Blue Rewards by Al-Futtaim Group saw its downloads peak at 78K in mid-October. However, active users showed a decline from 110K in late October to about 43K by the end of December.
