In the fourth quarter of 2024, the insurance app market in Egypt showed varied performance trends on the Android platform. Here’s a closer look at the top five apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.
GlobeMed Fit saw its weekly downloads peak at around 7.4K in late December, with a noticeable increase from early October's 4.3K. However, weekly active users declined from 39K at the start of the quarter to 37.1K by the end.
MyAXA Egypt experienced a rise in downloads, reaching 6.2K in the last week of December. Active users fluctuated throughout the quarter, increasing from 18.6K in early October to 31.3K by the end of December.
MetLife eServices(Egypt) had a stable performance, with downloads hovering around 1.5K towards the end of December. Active users slightly increased from 24.2K at the beginning of the quarter to 23.1K by the end.
Lumi by Nextcare maintained consistent download numbers, peaking at 1.1K in late December. Active users showed an upward trend, growing from 9.9K in early October to 11.5K by mid-December.
Finally, MHN faced a decline in downloads, dropping to 437 in the last week of December. Yet, active users increased gradually from 2.6K at the start of the quarter to 4.8K in early December before tapering off.
