Top Auto Apps on Android in Germany: Q4 2024 Performance

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the top automotive applications on the Android platform in Germany showed varied performance trends, according to data from Sensor Tower.

mobile.de - car market saw a significant increase in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 26.9K in early December. The app maintained a robust user base throughout the quarter, with active users fluctuating between 1.2M and 1.5M.

AutoScout24: Buy & sell cars experienced a relatively stable download rate, reaching up to 17.7K weekly. Revenue was consistent, averaging around $200 per week, while active users remained steady, ranging from 565K to 690K.

EnBW mobility+: EV charging recorded a peak in weekly downloads of 12.3K in November. Active users increased significantly towards the end of the quarter, from 172K to 238K.

Shell showed a decline in weekly downloads, dropping to 4.2K by late December. Active users, however, showed resilience, peaking at 135K in November.

Way-in had a notable drop in downloads, reaching a low of 2.5K by the end of December. The active user count fluctuated, starting at 80K and ending at about 58K.
