In the third quarter of 2024, the utilities app sector in Mexico saw some intriguing trends, as reported by Sensor Tower. Here's a closer look at the performance of the top 5 utilities apps.

Google continued to lead with significant download numbers. Starting the quarter at around 86K downloads, downloads increased steadily, peaking at approximately 145K by mid-September. Meanwhile, weekly active users hovered around 38.8M at the start of the quarter and grew to about 39.1M by the end of September.

Google Chrome also maintained a strong presence. Weekly downloads fluctuated slightly, beginning at 43K and peaking at nearly 49K by late September. Active users remained relatively stable, starting at 64.9M and experiencing a small rise to approximately 65.4M by the quarter's end.

Sticker.ly - Sticker Maker from NAVER Z Corporation showed positive trends in revenue and downloads. Revenue started at $2K and saw a gradual increase, reaching around $2.9K by the end of the quarter. Downloads remained robust, beginning at 99K and peaking at about 103K in mid-September. Weekly active users started at 2.1M and remained relatively steady throughout the quarter.
