In the third quarter of 2024, the travel app landscape in Norway showcased diverse trends across the top five applications, as reported by Sensor Tower. Here's a detailed look at their performance metrics, focusing on weekly downloads and active users.

Bolt: Request a Ride from BOLT TECHNOLOGY OU experienced fluctuating download numbers, starting at around 6.7K in early July and decreasing to approximately 4.6K by the end of September. Meanwhile, weekly active users showed a slight decline, starting at about 26.2K and ending close to 23.5K.

The Norwegian Travel Assistant app saw a downward trend in downloads from 6.7K in early July to 5.2K by the end of the quarter. Active users followed a similar pattern, decreasing from 15.8K to 14.1K over the same period.

Ruter observed a peak in downloads during late July, reaching 7.5K, but this number fell to around 4.9K by September's end. Active users peaked at 88.1K in late July, with a slight decline to about 79.5K by the end of the quarter.
