During the third quarter of 2024, the top navigation apps in Norway showcased varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and active user engagement. According to data from Sensor Tower, here's a closer look at how these apps fared.

Recharge demonstrated a fluctuating download pattern. Starting with over 9.3K downloads at the beginning of July, the numbers peaked mid-month at around 10.4K before gradually dropping to approximately 5.4K by the end of September.

Google Maps, a dominant player, experienced a consistent download rate ranging from about 5K in early July to 3.5K by the end of September. The app maintained a robust user base, with weekly active users consistently hovering above 1.1M, peaking at about 1.26M in early August.

Autopay - Park & Charge saw a steady decline in downloads from 5.9K in early July to around 4.4K by the end of September. Despite this, its weekly active users showed a positive trend, increasing from approximately 38K to over 40K by the end of the quarter.

APCOA FLOW started with 4.8K downloads, peaking at 5.6K in the second week of July, before tapering off to 3.8K by the end of September. The app's active user count remained relatively stable, slightly decreasing from about 24K to 22.8K.

DrivstoffAppen showed a diverse performance with downloads starting at 4K, peaking at 5.2K mid-quarter, and then dropping to around 2.9K. In terms of revenue, the app saw fluctuations with weekly earnings ranging from $3.8K to $6.8K, closing the quarter at $5.9K. Active users for DrivstoffAppen began at 65K, with a slight dip to 61.7K by the end of September.
