Top 5 Navigation Apps Performance in Cyprus, Q3 2024

In the third quarter of 2024, the navigation app landscape in Cyprus saw varied performance across the top five applications, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Google Maps maintained a consistent download rate, with figures generally ranging from 1.4K to 1.9K weekly throughout the quarter. Despite these steady downloads, the app did not generate any revenue during this period.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads, peaking notably at 5K in the week of August 12. However, similar to Google Maps, it did not record any revenue.

Moovit: All Transit Options showed a steady increase in weekly revenue, reaching up to $107 in early September. Download numbers also saw a significant rise, peaking at just over 1K in the same period, suggesting growing user interest.

The Pame App had a moderate download performance, with figures gradually increasing towards the end of the quarter, reaching over 400 downloads weekly by late September. However, it did not generate any revenue during this time.

Lastly, Radarbot: Speed Cameras | GPS exhibited a stable download rate, with weekly numbers consistently above 300 for most of the quarter. Revenue for Radarbot fluctuated, peaking at $137 in late August.
