Navigation Apps Performance in Qatar: Q3 2024

In the third quarter of 2024, the top navigation apps in Qatar demonstrated varied performance trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users, according to Sensor Tower data.

Radarbot: Speed Cameras | GPS, developed by Iteration Mobile S.L, saw its weekly revenue fluctuate, peaking at around $1.3K in mid-August before tapering to approximately $1.1K by the end of September. Weekly downloads experienced a gradual decline, starting from about 540 and ending at around 380. The app maintained a relatively stable user base, with active users ranging from 1.6K to 1.7K throughout the quarter.

TOYOTA CONNECT Middle East by TOYOTA Tsusho Connected Middle East FZCO, exhibited a mixed revenue pattern, reaching a peak of $1.1K in early September, but closing the quarter at $221. Downloads showed a modest increase, with a high of 297 downloads in early September. Active users remained steady, fluctuating slightly around 1.3K to 1.4K.

Qibla Finder Compass 100% recorded a notable increase in weekly revenue, peaking at $618 during the second week of July, while downloads decreased from 809 in mid-July to 616 at the end of September. The app's active user count remained robust, reaching up to 2.2K in late July and closing the quarter with over 2K users.

Navionics® Boating from Garmin Italy Technologies S.R.L. showed a stable revenue trend, with a peak of $587 in mid-September. Downloads remained low, peaking at 111 downloads in early September. Active users remained consistent, hovering around 300 to 350 throughout the quarter.

Finally, LEXUS CONNECT Middle East also from TOYOTA Tsusho Connected Middle East FZCO, experienced varied revenue patterns with a high of $530 in late August. The app's downloads were modest, reaching a peak of 160 in early September.
