ILOE, published by Dubai Insurance, experienced a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads, starting at around 16K in early July and closing the quarter at approximately 11.4K. Active users for this app showed a general upward trend, beginning with 198K and reaching a peak of 213K towards the end of September.
