In the third quarter of 2024, the finance app market in Algeria showcased significant activity across both iOS and Android platforms. According to Sensor Tower data, the top five finance applications displayed diverse trends in terms of downloads and active users.

BaridiMob saw a strong performance in downloads, starting at over 55K weekly downloads in early July and peaking at approximately 83K by the end of September. The app maintained a substantial active user base, fluctuating around 800K to 850K throughout the quarter.

ECCP - Algérie Poste also demonstrated robust download figures, starting with around 56K downloads per week and reaching up to 70K by late September. Active users steadily increased from about 302K to 381K, indicating a growing user engagement with the platform.

Binance: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto experienced a varied download trend, beginning with 30K weekly downloads, dipping mid-quarter, and then rising again to 42K in mid-September. Active user numbers showed a gradual increase from roughly 18K to 28K, reflecting a consistent user interest in cryptocurrency trading.

RedotPay: Buy Crypto Card maintained a stable download rate, with numbers ranging from 13K to 20K weekly. Active users grew from 139K to 175K, suggesting heightened engagement over the quarter.

Tonkeeper — TON Wallet displayed fluctuating downloads, starting with 15K and ending with around 4K by the quarter's close. The active user base, however, increased from approximately 26K to 43K, indicating a deepening connection with existing users despite the download decline.
