In the third quarter of 2024, the finance app landscape in Chile saw notable trends across the top five applications. According to Sensor Tower data, these apps demonstrated varying patterns in weekly downloads and active users, with no reported revenue figures.

BancoEstado maintained strong weekly download numbers, peaking at approximately 47K in early September. The app's active users fluctuated, starting from around 5.5M in July and rising to nearly 5.7M by the end of September.

Mercado Pago: cuenta digital saw consistent growth in downloads, reaching about 41K by the end of September. Active user numbers showed a steady increase, starting at 1.3M and climbing to over 1.4M by the quarter's close.

Santander Chile experienced a noticeable drop in downloads mid-quarter, with a high of 40.6K in late July decreasing to around 25.6K by September's end. Active users, however, remained relatively stable, hovering around 1.5M.

Tapp de Caja Los Andes saw a significant increase in downloads towards the end of the quarter, jumping to over 52K in late September. The app's active user base also grew, reaching over 410K by the end of September.

Banco Falabella Chile showed fluctuating download numbers, peaking at approximately 31.5K in early September. Active users increased from around 733K in early July to over 768K by the end of the quarter.
