Top Education Apps in Portugal Q3 2024: Unified Platform Insights

During the third quarter of 2024, the education app market in Portugal saw diverse performance trends across the top five apps, as revealed by Sensor Tower data.

Duolingo - Language Lessons showed an impressive growth in weekly revenue, starting at approximately $11.2K and peaking at $18.6K by the end of September. Weekly downloads experienced a notable increase, reaching 26.5K in late August, while active users rose steadily from 253K to about 280K over the quarter.

Google Classroom witnessed a significant surge in weekly downloads, with numbers jumping from 732 to over 23.6K by mid-September. This growth was mirrored in active users, which climbed from 85K to approximately 224K by the end of the quarter.

InovarAluno saw a fluctuating download trend, starting with 1.1K and peaking at 19.2K in early September. However, no data was available for active users.

Edu Rede Escolar experienced a decline in weekly downloads, beginning at 2.1K and dropping to just 218 by the end of September.

Testes De Código IMTT reported a steady increase in revenue, reaching $577 in late September. Weekly downloads remained stable, fluctuating around 3K, while active users increased slightly from 5.6K to approximately 5.9K over the quarter.
