Top 5 iOS Travel Apps in Ukraine Q3 2024 Performance Overview

In the third quarter of 2024, the travel app market in Ukraine witnessed varying trends across the top five iOS applications. According to Sensor Tower data, these apps showed distinct patterns in weekly downloads and active user engagement.

Ukrainian Railways saw a significant decline in weekly downloads throughout the quarter. Starting with about 33K downloads in early July, the numbers decreased steadily, reaching around 9.4K by the end of September. Despite this, the app maintained a stable base of active users, fluctuating slightly from 153K to 143K over the same period.

For Bolt: Request a Ride, weekly downloads started at approximately 20.1K in the first week of July and gradually fell to about 12.4K by the end of September. Active user numbers also showed a fluctuating trend, peaking at 161.5K in late August before declining to 123.2K by the end of the quarter.

Uklon: More Than a Taxi experienced a similar pattern. Weekly downloads peaked at 25K in early July and then tapered off to around 13.4K by September's end. The app's active user base demonstrated resilience, with numbers increasing from 90.4K to 84.8K over the quarter.

Booking.com: Hotels & Travel downloads showed a steady decline, starting from 14.3K in July and dropping to 5.9K by the end of September. Active users followed a downward trend as well, decreasing from 79.5K to 56.1K during this period.

Lastly, JET.UA reported a gradual decline in both downloads and active users. Weekly downloads began at 9.9K and fell to 4.6K by the quarter's close, while active users decreased from 42.4K to 40.2K.
