In the third quarter of 2024, the travel app sector on iOS in Spain showcased varied performance trends among the top five applications. Data sourced from Sensor Tower provides a detailed look into the weekly downloads and active user metrics for these leading apps.

Uber - Request a ride maintained a consistent download rate, starting the quarter with 32.3K downloads and peaking at 35.4K in mid-July. Despite slight fluctuations, downloads remained robust, closing the quarter at 27.5K. Active users showed an upward trajectory, beginning at approximately 424K and climbing to around 440K by the end of September.

Booking.com: Hotels & Travel experienced a downward trend in downloads, which started at 27.9K and declined to 15.7K by the end of the quarter. The active user base reflected a similar pattern, starting at 707K and gradually decreasing to 523K.
