During the third quarter of 2024, the top travel applications on the iOS platform in Ecuador showed varied performance in terms of weekly downloads and active user engagement, as reported by Sensor Tower.

inDrive. Save on city rides maintained a consistent download rate, peaking at around 3K in the week of September 9. Active user numbers fluctuated slightly but remained strong, starting at approximately 73K and closing the quarter at about 69K.

Airbnb experienced a rise in weekly downloads, reaching a high of 3.3K in early August before tapering off to around 1.9K by the end of September. Active users showed a steady trend, hovering around 23K to 24K throughout the quarter.

Uber - Request a ride saw a stable pattern in downloads, with a peak of 2.7K during the week of September 9. The active user base grew steadily, beginning the quarter at 51.6K and ending at approximately 52.9K.

Booking.com: Hotels & Travel exhibited a gradual increase in downloads, peaking at 1.8K in early August, followed by a gradual decrease to approximately 1.1K by the end of the quarter. Active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating slightly around the 27K mark.

LATAM Airlines downloads peaked at 1.5K in the week of August 19, with a consistent active user base ranging from about 6.2K to 7K throughout the quarter.
