Top 5 iOS Shopping Apps in Uruguay Q3 2024: Performance Insights

In the third quarter of 2024, the iOS shopping app landscape in Uruguay saw notable trends in downloads and active user numbers. Data from Sensor Tower provides a detailed view of this performance across the top five shopping apps.

Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire exhibited a consistent growth in weekly downloads, starting at around 7.8K in early July and reaching approximately 12.7K by the end of September. Active user numbers also mirrored this upward trend, increasing from about 19.2K to nearly 38K over the same period.

Renner experienced a decline in weekly downloads throughout the quarter. Starting at around 4.7K in the first week of July, the downloads decreased steadily, closing the quarter at approximately 1.6K.

For Mercado Libre: Compras Online, weekly downloads saw a slight increase, starting at 1.9K and rising to about 2.5K by the end of September. The app maintained a stable active user base, fluctuating around 79K to 80.5K throughout the quarter.

Tiendamia showed a decrease in weekly downloads, beginning with 1.4K in July and dropping to around 912 by the end of September. The active user numbers remained relatively stable, hovering between 7.9K and 8.3K.

Lastly, SHEIN - Shopping Online saw a gradual decline in weekly downloads from 1K in early July to approximately 862 by late September. Active users displayed slight fluctuations, generally staying within the range of 23.5K to 26.2K.
