In the third quarter of 2024, the top shopping apps on the iOS platform in Colombia demonstrated varied performance trends in downloads and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire saw a consistent rise in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 68.7K in early July and reaching around 84.3K by the end of September. The app's active user base followed a similar upward trajectory, beginning at 233K and climbing steadily to 379K by the quarter's end.

SHEIN - Shopping Online experienced fluctuations in its weekly downloads, peaking in early August at about 58.3K and tapering off to roughly 53.7K by late September. Active users for SHEIN remained relatively stable throughout the quarter, starting at 201K and ending just over 204K.

For Mercado Libre: Compras Online, weekly downloads hovered around 10K, with minor dips and rebounds, finishing September at nearly 10.2K. The app maintained a steady active user count, fluctuating slightly but ending the quarter with approximately 211K.

Amazon Shopping displayed a moderate download pattern, beginning at 8.1K in early July and closing the quarter at 8.2K. Active users for Amazon Shopping saw a notable dip mid-quarter from 226K to 174K, before recovering slightly to 184K by the end of September.

Lastly, Alibaba.com faced a decline in downloads, starting at 7.6K and decreasing to 5K by the end of the quarter. Its active user base showed minor fluctuations, maintaining around 110K to 120K throughout the period.
