During the third quarter of 2024, the MOBA category on iOS in the United States showcased interesting trends across its top applications. According to Sensor Tower's data, these games experienced varying patterns in revenue, downloads, and active users.

Brawl Stars, developed by Supercell, saw a dynamic quarter with revenue peaking at approximately $5.2M in early September. The game's weekly downloads showed an upward trend towards the end of the quarter, reaching around 305K in mid-September. Active users fluctuated but maintained a strong presence, ending the quarter at approximately 5.9M.

Squad Busters, another title from Supercell, experienced a notable decline in weekly downloads, dropping from 129K at the start of July to around 24K by the end of September. Revenue fluctuated, with a significant peak of $746K in early August, ending the quarter with a moderate increase to $552K. Active users saw a general decline, closing at around 334K.

Honor of Kings by Level Infinite showed a steady decrease in downloads, starting at 35K in early July and tapering to about 13K by the end of September. Revenue peaked at $224K in mid-August but concluded the quarter at approximately $91K. Despite these trends, active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 107K at quarter's end.

Revenue saw a notable peak of $93K in late July, with a gradual decline thereafter. Active users started at 127K and ended slightly higher at 124K, despite some fluctuations throughout the quarter.
