Top 5 Auto Apps on iOS in Kenya Q3 2024

In the third quarter of 2024, the top five auto applications on the iOS platform in Kenya showcased varying performance trends, as captured by Sensor Tower.

AA Driving Test App by the Automobile Association of Kenya saw its weekly downloads peaking at 76 in mid-August. Despite a decrease towards the end of the quarter, with only 1 download in the last week of September, its revenue trajectory showed an initial increase, peaking at approximately $88 in mid-July, before gradually declining to $4 by the end of the quarter.

Aman Track Pro experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads, starting the quarter with 29 downloads and closing with 35 downloads in mid-September. Although no revenue data was reported, the download patterns indicate a modest user acquisition trend.

DubiCars | Used & New Cars UAE recorded a decrease in weekly downloads from 36 at the beginning of July to lower numbers throughout the quarter. The app maintained a relatively stable number of weekly active users, hovering around 42 to 67, with a slight increase towards the end of September.

CARS24 UAE | Used Cars in UAE began the quarter with 35 downloads, but experienced a decline, with only 1 download in late September before a slight recovery to 9 downloads at the end of the month. The app's active user count remained steady, fluctuating between 115 and 146.

Lastly, EVC Plus: EV charging stations showed a sporadic download pattern, with a peak of 12 downloads in mid-September. Despite the low download numbers, the app maintained a presence in the market.
