In the third quarter of 2024, the top shopping applications on the Android platform in Slovakia demonstrated varied performance trends in terms of downloads and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire saw a gradual increase in weekly downloads, starting at around 12.1K in early July and peaking at 15.9K by the end of the month. This was followed by a steady decline, with numbers settling at approximately 13.4K by the end of September. Weekly active users for Temu grew from 46.5K to a peak of 55K in late July, before slightly declining to 52K by the quarter's end.

SHEIN-Shopping Online experienced fluctuations in its download numbers, starting with 11.9K in early July, dropping mid-quarter, and ending with 6.8K by late September. Despite this, the app maintained a robust base of active users, starting at 114.8K and peaking at 121.7K in mid-September, before closing the quarter at 113.9K.

Allegro: shopping online showed a consistent increase in active users, beginning the quarter with 58.9K and reaching 99.2K by late September. Downloads also rose notably, with an early July figure of 8.3K climbing to a high of 11.4K at the end of July, before stabilizing around 9K in September.

Lidl Plus exhibited a steady pattern in downloads, with numbers ranging from 5.6K to a peak of 8.5K in early August, followed by a slight decline towards the end of the quarter. The app maintained a strong active user base, increasing from 143.1K in early July to 157.3K by the end of September.

Finally, Clubcard Tesco Slovakia experienced growth in weekly downloads, starting at 4.7K and reaching 8.3K by mid-August, before settling at 4.5K by the end of September. Active users showed a slight upward trend initially, peaking at 76.4K in early August, followed by a gradual decline to 68.7K by the end of the quarter.
