Top 5 Shopping Apps on Android in Mexico - Q3 2024

During the third quarter of 2024, the top shopping apps on the Android platform in Mexico showcased varying trends in weekly downloads and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire displayed a dynamic download pattern, starting at around 755K weekly downloads in early July and reaching a peak of approximately 800K by the end of August. However, downloads dipped in September, stabilizing at around 699K by the month's end. The app's active user base began at over 6.5M, with fluctuations throughout the quarter, ending at approximately 5.8M.

SHEIN-Shopping Online experienced an increase in weekly downloads, climbing from around 424K at the beginning of July to about 515K by the end of September. Active users also saw growth, starting at nearly 5.97M and rising to approximately 6.27M by the quarter's conclusion.

Mercado Libre: Compras online maintained a steady growth in downloads, beginning at 313K and rising to around 389K by the end of September. The app's active user base fluctuated but showed a general upward trend, ending the quarter with approximately 9.02M users.

Spin Premia saw a decrease in weekly downloads from about 179K in early July to approximately 111K by late September. However, its active user base grew from around 591K to about 766K over the same period, indicating increased user engagement.

Kueski Pay recorded a significant rise in weekly downloads, starting at 110K and peaking at around 177K by mid-September. The app's active users also increased, from approximately 2.27M to over 2.42M by the end of the quarter.
