The third quarter of 2024 saw varied performance among the top shopping applications on the Android platform in Latvia. Based on data from Sensor Tower, we analyze the weekly download trends of these popular apps: Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire, MAXIMA, Lidl Plus, Rimi, and Circle K.
Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire showed a gradual decline in weekly downloads. Starting at around 6.1K downloads in early July, the app saw a decrease to about 4.2K by the end of September.
MAXIMA experienced a significant increase in weekly downloads towards the end of the quarter. Downloads surged from approximately 1.7K in July to a peak of about 4.6K in mid-September.
For Lidl Plus, the download numbers were relatively stable, with minor fluctuations throughout the quarter. Starting at 2.7K in early July, the app saw slight decreases but maintained an average of around 1.9K downloads by the end of September.
Rimi displayed a consistent pattern in its weekly downloads, maintaining a range between 1.5K and 2.4K downloads. The app showed a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, reaching 2.2K downloads.
The Circle K app experienced a sharp decline in downloads over the quarter. Starting at 2.2K downloads in early July, the numbers dwindled to just 550 by the end of September.
