In the third quarter of 2024, Hungary's Android shopping app landscape was dominated by five key players, each showcasing unique performance trends as reported by Sensor Tower.

Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire experienced a notable increase in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 18.6K in early July and peaking at around 39.6K by late September. The app also saw a consistent rise in weekly active users, beginning at about 474K and reaching over 523K by the end of the quarter.

SHEIN-Shopping Online had a fluctuating download pattern, starting with 16.7K downloads in early July, spiking to 23K in mid-August, and then tapering off to 11.6K by the end of September. Its active user base demonstrated a decline from 296K at the start of the quarter to 244K by the end.

Lidl Plus maintained a relatively stable download rate throughout the quarter, with numbers ranging from 7.7K to 11.2K. The app's active user base saw a gradual increase, starting at 174K and reaching 190K by the end of September.

Clubcard Tesco Hungary exhibited a decrease in weekly downloads, beginning at 16.8K and dropping to 5.1K by the end of the quarter. Nevertheless, its active user count showed an upward trend, moving from 82.6K to 68.8K.
