SHEIN-Shopping Online enjoyed a steady increase in downloads early in the quarter, peaking at over 17K in late July. However, a downward trend followed, with downloads decreasing to roughly 6K by the end of September. Active users for SHEIN initially rose, reaching a peak of 90K in early September, before decreasing to 82K at the quarter's close.

360 PROMO experienced a mixed quarter, with weekly downloads starting at 7.5K, peaking at 14.7K in late July, and then falling to around 3K by the end of September.
