Top 5 MOBA Apps on Android in Egypt Q3 2024

In the third quarter of 2024, the mobile gaming scene in Egypt saw notable activity in the MOBA category on the Android platform. According to Sensor Tower data, the top five applications in this genre demonstrated varied performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users.

The Honor of Kings app by Level Infinite, released in June 2024, showed a fluctuating revenue trend, peaking at around $106 in early July before witnessing a decline and then another peak of $85 in mid-September. Its weekly downloads started strong with over 21K in early July but saw a significant drop to just over 1K by the end of September. The app's active user base also decreased from approximately 116K to 31.5K over the quarter.

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang from Moonton, maintained a more stable performance. Weekly revenue was highest at $5.3K in the first week of July, with a dip mid-quarter but ending September with a recovery to $2.8K. Downloads hovered around the 10K mark throughout the quarter, with a slight increase in the final weeks. Active users started at 328K and showed an overall stable trend, closing the quarter at 361K.

Brawl Stars by Supercell experienced a varied performance. Revenue began at $2.5K and saw a mid-quarter dip to $470, then a rise to $1.2K by the end of September. Downloads followed a similar pattern, starting at 4.2K, peaking at 9.2K in early September, and ending at 5.9K. Active users decreased gradually from 78.6K to 70.5K.

Squad Busters, another Supercell title, showed modest revenue figures, starting at $1.1K and fluctuating throughout the quarter, ending at $685. Downloads saw a significant drop from 16.7K in early July to 1.7K by the end of September. The active user count decreased from 160K to 63K over the same period.

Finally, Arena of Valor by Level Infinite had no reported revenue during Q3 2024. Downloads started at 867, with a gradual decrease to 101 by the end of September. Active users also experienced a decline from 2.3K to 1.5K.
