In the third quarter of 2024, the MOBA category on the Android platform in Colombia showcased some interesting trends among the top five applications. According to data from Sensor Tower, these apps demonstrated varied performance in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.

Brawl Stars from Supercell exhibited a notable increase in weekly revenue, climbing to around $7.8K in mid-September. The app's weekly downloads peaked at approximately 24K in early September, while its weekly active users fluctuated between 450K and 480K throughout the quarter.

Mobile Legends: Bang Bang by Moonton saw a gradual decline in weekly revenue, starting at about $4.7K in early July and settling around $3.4K by the end of September. Downloads showed a similar trend, with a low of 3.4K mid-September but rebounding to 7.7K by the end of the month. Active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 68K.

League of Legends: Wild Rift, developed by Riot Games, maintained a steady revenue stream, ranging between $2.9K and $3.7K. Its downloads were relatively low but consistent, with a slight uptick to 2.3K in late September. Weekly active users remained stable, generally staying above 50K.

Honor of Kings from Level Infinite started the quarter with significant downloads, reaching over 53K in early July, but experienced a sharp decline, ending September with just over 1K. Revenue followed a downward trend, starting at $2.6K and ending the quarter around $1.4K. Active users also decreased, starting at nearly 80K and dropping to around 25K by the end of the period.

Lastly, Squad Busters, another title from Supercell, demonstrated a decline in downloads from nearly 20K at the beginning of July to 2.8K by the end of September. Revenue also saw a slight decrease, with figures hovering around $1.5K. Active users varied considerably, peaking at 87K at the start of the quarter but dropping to 53K by the end.
