Top 5 Insurance Apps on Android in Brazil: Q3 2024

During the third quarter of 2024, the top insurance apps on the Android platform in Brazil showed varied performance trends in terms of downloads and active users, according to Sensor Tower data.

Tele Sena saw a fluctuating download pattern, starting with 42.4K downloads at the beginning of July and peaking at 58.4K in early August. However, by the end of September, downloads declined to 27K. Weekly active users demonstrated a more stable presence, with numbers reaching a high of 401K in early August before settling at around 342K by the end of the quarter.

Porto: Seguros, Cartão virtual experienced a decrease in downloads throughout the quarter, beginning with 25.5K and ending with 18.6K. Despite this, weekly active users remained relatively consistent, starting at 404K and slightly decreasing to 381K by the end of September.

Bradesco Seguros had a notable increase in downloads, with numbers rising from 21.7K in early July to 25.3K by the end of September. Weekly active users also showed growth, starting at 149K and reaching 167K towards the quarter's end.

Unimed Nacional maintained a steady download rate, beginning at 17.1K and ending slightly lower at 15.5K. Active users remained stable throughout the quarter, with a peak of 106K in late July and ending with 105K.

Lastly, Unimed SP - Clientes showed an upward trend in downloads, starting at 13K and increasing to 14.4K by the end of September. Weekly active users followed a similar upward trajectory, beginning at 74K and rising to 79K.
