Top Finance Apps on Android in Hungary: Q3 2024 Performance

In the third quarter of 2024, the top finance applications on the Android platform in Hungary showcased varied performance trends, as reported by Sensor Tower. Here's a detailed look at the weekly downloads and active users for each app.

Revolut: Spend, Save, Trade experienced a notable increase in weekly downloads, beginning the quarter with approximately 11.5K and peaking at about 24.3K in late August. Meanwhile, its weekly active users also showed a positive trend, rising from 137K at the start of July to around 148K by the end of September.

Google Wallet maintained a relatively stable performance in terms of downloads, starting the quarter with around 8K and closing with approximately 7.6K weekly downloads. The app's active user base saw a gradual increase, reaching around 64K by the end of the quarter.

OTP Bank HU exhibited fluctuating download numbers, with a peak of about 7.6K at the beginning of July, tapering off to approximately 6.4K by the end of September. Its active user base showed resilience, growing from 341K to nearly 355K throughout the quarter.

The MBH Bank App saw a high number of downloads in mid-July at around 9.6K, followed by a decline, although it experienced a resurgence to about 7.9K in the final week of September. Active users increased steadily, ending the quarter at approximately 51.5K.

Simple #MakeItEasy had a consistent download pattern, with numbers ranging from 3.1K to 4.7K weekly. Active users grew over the quarter, starting at 65.4K and reaching nearly 69K by the end of September.
