In the third quarter of 2024, the top finance applications on the Android platform in Europe demonstrated varied performance in terms of downloads and active user engagement, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Google Wallet maintained a robust download trajectory, starting at around 352K in early July and peaking at approximately 480K by the end of September. The app also saw a steady increase in active users, rising from about 13M to over 15M throughout the quarter.

Revolut: Spend, Save, Trade experienced consistent download numbers, fluctuating between 319K and 380K per week, with a slight dip in mid-September. Active users for Revolut saw a gradual increase, starting at about 5.7M and reaching over 6.3M by the end of the quarter.

PayPal - Pay, Send, Save maintained stable download figures, hovering around 190K to 210K weekly. Active users exhibited a positive trend, starting at 13.9M and peaking at approximately 14.7M by the quarter's end.

Tonkeeper — TON Wallet showed a fluctuating download pattern, with a notable peak of 350K in late September. Active users varied, starting at 985K, peaking at 1.15M mid-September, and ending at 950K. The app also started generating revenue towards the end of the quarter, with figures reaching approximately $12K in the final week.

Bybit: Buy Bitcoin & Crypto saw a varied download pattern, with numbers ranging from 58K to 209K weekly. Active users showed a general increase, peaking at around 910K in mid-September before settling at 757K by the end of the quarter.
