Top Education Apps on Android in the UK: Q3 2024 Performance

In the third quarter of 2024, the educational app landscape in the United Kingdom saw varied performance among the top five apps on the Android platform. Based on data from Sensor Tower, we provide a detailed overview of each app's trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.

Duolingo: Language Lessons showed a robust increase in weekly revenue, peaking at around $188K by mid-September. Downloads fluctuated throughout the quarter, reaching a peak of approximately 37.7K in late August. Meanwhile, its weekly active users saw a moderate rise from 569K to 587K, with a notable peak of 603K in early September.

Gauth: AI Study Companion experienced a significant surge in weekly downloads, particularly towards the end of the quarter, reaching about 44.2K. Revenue rose steadily, culminating in $693 by late September. Active users increased consistently, growing from 20.3K to 56.8K over the quarter.
