Throughout the second quarter of 2024, Estonia's utilities app market saw notable activity, with Google Chrome, Google, PARGI.EE, Google Authenticator, and Microsoft Edge: AI Browser leading the charge. Here’s a closer look at their performance based on Sensor Tower data.

Google Chrome experienced a fluctuating download trend throughout the quarter. Downloads peaked at 2.9K in the week of April 8, following a notable dip to 783 in the week of May 27. The quarter concluded with a stable download figure of around 882.

Google maintained a relatively consistent download rate. The highest downloads were recorded at 1.2K during the week of April 8. From mid-May onwards, the app saw a slight decline, ending the quarter with 837 downloads.

PARGI.EE showed a steady increase in downloads, peaking at 652 in the final week of June. The app observed a gradual upward trend, starting from 516 downloads in the first week of April.

Google Authenticator saw its download numbers peak at 682 in the first week of April. Despite some fluctuations, the app managed to maintain a stable download rate, closing the quarter with 518 downloads.

Microsoft Edge: AI Browser had a notable peak of 986 downloads in the second week of April. However, the app experienced a downward trend towards the end of the quarter, finishing with 348 downloads in the last week of June.
