In the second quarter of 2024, the top 5 shopping apps in Latin America displayed remarkable trends, with data sourced from Sensor Tower.

Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire saw a substantial increase in downloads, starting from 2.0M in early April and peaking at 4.2M by the end of June. Weekly active users also rose steadily, beginning at 11.2M and reaching 17.3M over the same period.

SHEIN - Shopping Online maintained a consistent download rate, fluctuating between 1.7M and 2.5M. Weekly active users showed a positive trend, increasing from 32.3M at the beginning of the quarter to 34.9M by the end.

Mercado Libre: Compras Online experienced stable download numbers, ranging between 1.1M and 1.7M. The app's weekly active users remained strong, starting at 42.7M and slightly increasing to 43M.

Shopee Brasil - Frete Zero had a varied download trend, beginning at 1.0M in early April and ending at 794K in late June. However, weekly active users were relatively stable, fluctuating between 34.1M and 35.9M.

AliExpress - Shopping App showed a downward trend in downloads, starting at 774K and decreasing to 459K by the end of the quarter. Weekly active users also saw fluctuations, starting at 24.9M and ending at 23.1M.
