Top 5 Navigation Apps in Peru for Q2 2024: Performance Insights

In the second quarter of 2024, the navigation app market in Peru saw notable activity among the top five applications. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, offers a detailed look at the performance trends of these apps, including weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.

Google Maps maintained a strong presence with weekly downloads fluctuating between 10K and 14K. The app peaked at 14K downloads during the week of May 20. Active users for Google Maps remained relatively stable, with a slight decline from 816K at the beginning of April to approximately 791K by the end of June.

Waze Navigation & Live Traffic also showed robust performance. Weekly downloads varied, reaching a high of 17K in early April and early June. Active users exhibited a consistent trend, staying around the 770K mark throughout the quarter.

Moovit: All Transit Options experienced moderate success in Peru. Weekly downloads ranged from 6.5K to 9K, with active users hovering between 118K and 127K. Revenue for Moovit saw a slight decline towards the end of the quarter, starting at $374 in early April and dropping to $283 by late June.
