Top 5 Navigation Apps in Lebanon Q2 2024

In the second quarter of 2024, the navigation app market in Lebanon saw varied performance among the top 5 apps. The data, courtesy of Sensor Tower, provides a detailed look at weekly downloads, revenue, and active user trends for these apps.

Google Maps maintained a strong presence with weekly downloads ranging from approximately 2.3K to 4.1K, peaking in the week of June 17. Active users showed a steady increase from 223K in early April to around 230K by the end of June.

Moovit: All Transit Options experienced fluctuations in weekly downloads, starting at 148 and reaching up to 265 in mid-May. Revenue peaked at $90 in mid-April, followed by a general decline. Active users grew from 2.5K in early April to about 2.8K by the end of the quarter.

Citymapper: All Live Transit had consistent weekly downloads between 190 and 283, with the highest downloads in mid-June. Revenue was relatively low, peaking at $57 in late May. Active users increased from around 1.5K to 1.6K over the quarter.

iSalam: Qibla Compass saw a moderate increase in weekly downloads, peaking at 230 in early May. Revenue reached a high of $34 in late May, and active users steadily grew from about 1.1K to 1.3K by the end of June.

GPS Live Navigation & Live Map showed a notable rise in weekly downloads, peaking at 218 in mid-May. Revenue remained low but stable, with a peak of $30 in early April. Active users increased significantly from 389 in early April to 725 by the end of June.
