Top 5 Shopping Apps on iOS in Kenya for Q2 2024

The second quarter of 2024 has seen interesting trends for the top shopping apps on the iOS platform in Kenya. Data from Sensor Tower reveals the performance of Alibaba.com, SHEIN - Shopping Online, MAF Carrefour Online Shopping, Jumia Online Shopping, and Kilimall.

Alibaba.com maintained a steady weekly download count throughout the quarter, ranging from approximately 970 to 1.3K. Active users showed a gradual increase, starting at 22.9K in early April and peaking at around 25.1K by the end of May.

SHEIN - Shopping Online saw its weekly downloads fluctuate between 810 and 1.2K. Weekly active users increased from 7.1K at the beginning of April to a high of 8.5K in mid-June, showcasing a positive trend in user engagement.

MAF Carrefour Online Shopping experienced a notable rise in downloads, particularly in late May and early June, where numbers peaked at approximately 1.3K. Active users, however, showed slight fluctuations, averaging around 1.7K to 1.9K throughout the quarter.

Jumia Online Shopping had a consistent download rate, with weekly figures ranging from 700 to 860. Active users demonstrated a steady increase, starting at 6.2K in early April and reaching nearly 6.9K by the end of June.

Kilimall saw a gradual increase in its weekly downloads, peaking at 866 in early June. This app did not report active user data, but its download trends suggest a growing interest among users.
