In Q2 2024, the top five news applications on iOS in Latin America demonstrated a range of performance metrics. Data from Sensor Tower reveals key trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.

X from X Corp. experienced a dynamic quarter. Weekly revenue peaked at approximately $65K in early April before gradually declining to around $43K by the end of June. Downloads fluctuated, reaching a high of 179K in early May and stabilizing around 126K by the end of the quarter. Active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 7.9M throughout the quarter.

Reddit saw consistent performance in Latin America. Weekly downloads remained steady, averaging around 34K to 36K. Revenue showed a slight increase, peaking at $827 in mid-June. Active user numbers rose from about 411K in early April to 424K by the end of June.
