In the second quarter of 2024, the United Kingdom’s iOS platform saw interesting trends among the top MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) applications. Sensor Tower's data gives us a glimpse into how these games fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.
Squad Busters, despite being a new contender released by Supercell, made a significant splash with its initial downloads peaking at 670K. Over the following weeks, the downloads settled to around 20K. The weekly active users started strong at over 520K but saw a decrease, stabilizing near 190K. Squad Busters' revenue followed a downward trend, starting at $133K and leveling at about $69K by the end of the quarter.
Brawl Stars, another Supercell title, maintained a consistent performance with weekly revenues fluctuating between $91K and $173K. Downloads saw a slight decline from 30K to around 19K, while weekly active users hovered around 500K before settling at approximately 468K.

Lastly, Riot Games' League of Legends: Wild Rift experienced revenue between $14K and $57K. Downloads were consistent, with a slight downtrend from 1.2K to 955. Active users showed a slight dip, ending at 8.4K from an initial 8.7K.
