Q2 2024: Top 5 MOBA Apps on iOS See Varied Performance

MOBA enthusiasts on iOS have experienced a dynamic second quarter in 2024, with varying performance stats across popular titles. According to data from Sensor Tower, here's how the top 5 MOBA applications fared.

Brawl Stars saw its revenue fluctuating, peaking at nearly $225K in late April before dipping to around $108K in mid-June. Downloads started at over 20K in early April, gradually declining to around 9K by the end of June. Weekly active users showed a downward trend, from 212K in the first week of April to 199K in the last week of June.

The newly released Squad Busters by Supercell made a splash with over 51K downloads in its launch week, but that momentum slowed significantly to just over 5K by the end of June. Revenue followed a similar trend, starting strong at $57K and dropping to $21K. Active users mirrored this pattern, with an initial 44K dropping to nearly 15K.

Pokémon UNITE maintained a relatively stable but modest revenue stream, hovering around the low hundreds each week, with a slight peak of $399 in mid-May. Downloads and active users remained consistent, with downloads ranging from 269 to 237 and active users staying just above 3.5K.
