With the second quarter of 2024 behind us, Sensor Tower provides a snapshot of the leading Apparel applications on the iOS platform in the United Kingdom. Here's how the top apps performed during this period.
SHEIN - Shopping Online saw a decrease in downloads starting at 146K in the first week of April and ending at 74K in the last week of June. Weekly active users showed a more positive trend, initially at around 2.9M and peaking at 3.04M towards the end of May before stabilizing at 2.9M by the quarter's close.
Vinted: Sell vintage clothes experienced fluctuations in downloads, with a high of 125K in late April, which then declined to 70K by the end of June. Their active users slightly dipped in mid-April to 1.24M but bounced back, reaching 1.33M by the quarter's end.
JD STATUS showed a varied download pattern, with downloads peaking at 40K in early June, despite starting and ending the quarter at around 28K. Weekly active users steadily grew from 115K to 147K in mid-June but then slightly decreased to 147K in the last week.
CIDER - Clothing & Fashion had a notable spike in downloads reaching 65K in early May, contrasting with the lower range of 21K to 28K in other weeks. Their active user count saw a peak of 345K in early May, with a slight decrease to 319K by the end of June.
Lastly, H&M - we love fashion downloads saw a mid-quarter boost to 26K in the second week of April, then a gradual decline to 14K by the quarter's end. Active users remained relatively stable, starting at 192K and growing to 216K in the last week of June.
