In the second quarter of 2024, Australia's Android market saw interesting trends among the top shopping apps. Data from Sensor Tower provides a snapshot into how these apps performed in terms of downloads and weekly active users.

Temu: Shop Like a Billionaire showed a fluctuating download count starting at 68K in the first week and peaking at 71K mid-quarter before dropping to 43K and rebounding to 62K towards the end. Weekly active users for Temu increased consistently from 812K to 978K over the quarter.

For SHEIN-Shopping Online, downloads saw a peak of 30K in late April, with a general trend of decline to 19K by the end of the quarter. Active users remained fairly stable, with a slight increase from 317K to 343K.
