Sensor Tower's latest data offers a comprehensive look at the top five shopping apps on the Android platform in the US for the second quarter of 2024. Here's a snapshot of their performance in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.

Amazon Shopping experienced a notable uptick in revenue, peaking at $276M in late June, despite a slight decrease in downloads to 390K in the same period. Weekly active users showed stability, ending the quarter with 51.96M.

AlfredCamera Home Security app saw its revenue reach $96K at the start of April and again in late June. Downloads remained low, hovering around 7K-11K, while weekly active users varied minimally, ending at 163K.

A better smart home by Homey generated a steady stream of revenue, starting at $70K and dipping to $44K by the end of the quarter. Downloads remained consistent at 7K throughout the period.

Philips Hue showed mixed results, with revenue fluctuating from $53K to a low of $1K in early May but recovering to $37K by the quarter's end. Downloads saw a decline from 250K to 140K, while weekly active users decreased slightly to 26.51K.

eufy Security had an irregular revenue pattern, with a peak of $53K mid-quarter and a significant drop to $0 the following week. Downloads saw an overall increase, finishing at 62K, and weekly active users showed growth, ending at 3.53K.
