In the second quarter of 2024, the insurance app market in Cyprus saw varied performance trends on the Android platform. Here’s a closer look at the top five apps: CNP Insupass, U connect Universal Life, AHE Mobil, Ancoria OnLine, and Genikes.

CNP Insupass experienced a noticeable increase in weekly downloads. Starting with a low of just 72 in late April, downloads surged to 172 by the end of May and peaked at 215 in the first week of June. This upward trend was sustained, with weekly downloads stabilizing around the 100 mark towards the end of June.

U connect Universal Life showed moderate but consistent download activity. The app started the quarter with 74 downloads in the first week of April, fluctuating slightly throughout the quarter and ending with 70 downloads in the last week of June. The highest number of downloads recorded was 91 in the final week of May.

AHE Mobil had a varied download pattern. Beginning with 53 downloads in early April, the app saw a notable peak at 76 in the first week of May. However, it experienced a decline towards the end of the quarter, recording as low as 31 downloads in mid-June and closing the quarter with 36 downloads.

Ancoria OnLine had a relatively stable download trend but with some fluctuations. Downloads started at 49 in the first week of April and rose to 57 by the end of the month. The trend then saw a dip, with the lowest point at 22 downloads in mid-June, before recovering slightly to 43 downloads by the end of the quarter.

Genikes displayed consistent but lower download numbers compared to the other apps. Beginning with 37 downloads in early April, the app peaked at 56 in the first week of May. However, it saw a decline in the following weeks, with downloads dropping to as low as 20 in late May, and ending the quarter with a stable count of around 23 downloads per week.
