Top 5 Insurance Apps on Android in Bahrain Q2 2024

During the second quarter of 2024, the top five insurance apps on the Android platform in Bahrain exhibited varied performance in terms of weekly downloads. Here's a closer look at their trends, based on data from Sensor Tower.

UIC BAHRAIN, published by United Insurance Company, showed a notable increase in weekly downloads toward the end of the quarter. Starting at 132 downloads in the first week of April, the app experienced fluctuations, peaking at 349 downloads in the final week of June.

Solidarity by Solidarity Bahrain B.S.C. also saw a steady rise in its weekly downloads. Beginning with 149 downloads in early April, the app's downloads peaked at 237 in the last week of June, indicating a consistent growth pattern throughout the quarter.

Smart Takaful, from Takaful International Co. BSC, demonstrated a similar upward trend. Downloads started at 110 in the first week of April and increased to 191 by the end of June, showing a gradual but steady growth.

GIG GO had a more modest performance in comparison. Starting with 59 downloads in the first week of April, the app saw minor fluctuations but managed to reach 108 downloads in the last week of June.

Lastly, Policybazaar - Compare & Buy from Policybazaar - Buy Insurance Online started with 52 downloads in early April. The app's downloads peaked at 104 in the last week of May and maintained a relatively stable performance, closing the quarter with 83 downloads in the final week of June.
