In the second quarter of 2024, the top five finance apps on the Android platform in Peru demonstrated notable performance trends. Here’s a closer look at their weekly downloads and active user metrics, based on data from Sensor Tower.

Yape consistently led the pack with impressive weekly downloads, peaking at around 283K in mid-June. The app maintained a robust active user base, fluctuating slightly but remaining above 3.9M throughout the quarter, reaching approximately 4.1M by the end of June.

Banca Móvil BCP also showed strong performance, with weekly downloads starting at 87.6K and climbing to about 148.9K by mid-June. Active users saw a varied trend, starting from around 1.99M, dipping slightly, and then rebounding to approximately 2M by the end of the quarter.

AFP Integra had a varied download trend, with a significant spike in mid-May reaching approximately 124K. Active users also saw a notable increase, peaking at around 132K in the same period before stabilizing at around 79.5K by the end of June.
